work assignments.
? Manage training and technical development plans for golfer.
? Coaching and introducing the right golfing techniques.
? Builds golfer confidence, motivation, and persistence through the use of deliberate
practice.
? Ensure the correct technique being teaches to the golfer and provide technical advice to
reduce the risk of golfing injury.
? Teaches the rules and spirit of fair play and good sportsmanship.
? Designed & created a wide range of golf training courses / program focusing on different
aspects of the game.
? Designed around creating a personalized development plan for each individual personnel.
? Implement and execute all facets of the golf instruction programs.
? Research and incorporate state of the art teaching methods.
? Assist with the development of programming designed to attract new and existing golfers.
? Execution of player development activities (this includes coaching, engagement events,
golf with members, swing assessments, fittings, active marketing events, and non-
traditional golf events such as a short-game challenge).
