Job ResponsibilityJob Summary
Perform daily production routine to meet the production schedule and ensure good housekeeping at Production floor.
Follow instruction from Production Supervisor and Production Executive as well as Production Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities
1.0 Setting up accordingly to SOP and running machine.
2.0 Ensure using correct Process Standard.
3.0 Proper recording of Job Order output and Process Card.
4.0 Report to superior of any abnormality or defective found in Production.
5.0 Perform general machine maintenance.
6.0 Collection and sorting of scrap.
7.0 Ensure good housekeeping and involved in 5S activities.
8.0 Ensure safety, health and environment standards are complied.
9.0 Ensure maintained the standard of ISO 9001 quality requirements and objectives meet.
10.0 To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so set by PM/COO/CEO
