Job ResponsibilityJOB DESCRIPTION:
Reporting directly to the Group Executive Chairman (GEC)
Help GEC to administer the Company and Subsidiaries in various business functions &
resource management people/administration as well as policy, project management,
financial management and corporate affairs.
o Administering all Subsidiaries, Departments, Divisions (Divisions); Business Development,
Training & Consulting, Resources Human and Administration, Finance and Corporate Services
o Human Resource Management & Policy - managing human resources, administration and
related policies to ensure effective operation;
o Project Management - administer, manage and monitor projects and daily business activities
of the Company and to ensure its implementation is according to the time frame and budget.
To explore new opportunities on high impact projects which is in line with the Company's
goals & objectives.
Financial management - preparing the annual/monthly budget of the Company and each
Division. To manage, monitor and ensure the efficiency of the financial management of the
Company.
Corporate Management - managing corporate communications, including administration,
legal & compliance as well as marketing activities.
o Perform other duties and responsibilities as directed by GEC from time to time.
