o Assist manager to oversees overall General Affairs department roles and responsibility
o Assist manager to caretaker for employee development and retention
o Assist manager to enhance knowledge transfer
o Assist manager to monitor overall cost related and budgeting

1) Services:-
1.1 COWAY services and payment
1.2 Canteen Management:
1.3 CJ Vehicle Management
1.4 Petrol, Touch & Go card top up and payment processing
1.5 Housekeeping
1.6 Office Consumable
1.7 Mail/courier
1.8 Uniform storage and distribution
1.9 Administration and canteen building
1.10 Office fixture and fitting i.e workstation
1.11 Landscaping contractor selection, payment processing

2) Support:-
2.1 Administration Building Asset Tagging
2.2 Bicycle Management
2.3 Expatriate Malaysia driving licensing application and renewal via Road Transport Department Malaysia
2.4 Flight reservation, Hotel reservation, Airport Pick-up
2.5 CJM Residential Dormitory services
