HR / People & Culture
1. Plan, coordinate and execute internal company events and team-building activities.
2. Manage the office pantry/supplies and oversee any maintenance or repair works.
3. Assist with setting administrative and HR-related processes/policies following best practices.
4. Perform administrative tasks.
Finance / Accounting
1. Data entry.
2. Assist with accounting and clerical work in the accounting department.
3. Filing and maintaining accounting documents and records.
4. Conduct market research.
What to expect
You will report to the People & Culture Manager and Finance Manager.
This is mainly an office position but we are currently practicing a hybrid work schedule that allows work-from-home arrangements on selected days of the week.
