Job Description
Job Responsibility
Gardeners, horticultural and nursery growers plan, organize and perform operations to cultivate and maintain trees, shrubs, flowers and other plants, and to produce saplings, bulbs and seeds or grow vegetables and flowers,
Tasks include -
preparing land by conditioning soil,
planting trees, hedges, garden plants and grass;
pruning and trimming trees, shrubs and hedges, installing plant supports and protection, and mowing;
checking the health of plants and trees, identifying and treating weeds, pests and diseases, and applying mulch and fertilizers;
producing saplings, bulbs and seeds and raising plants from seeds or cuttings;
maintaining equipment and water supply systems;
Job Requirements
Excellent hands-on skills with eye for details
Ability to work independently.
Positive attitude and responsible character.
Pleasant personality with focus on excellence in customer service.
Prior working experience will be an added advantage.
Self-starter with good communication and interpersonal skill.
Possess self-confidence and be able to actively interact with all relevant parties.
Fresh graduate and SPM leavers are encourage to apply.
