Job Responsibility

• Manage to prepare Full Set of Account independently
• To handle Account Receivable Functions including issuance of official receipt and review aging and related reports.
• To handle in Account Payable functions including checking of invoices to ensure timely payment and posting accuracy.
• To handle in preparing and reviewing Internal Control, SOP and compliance documents.
• To handle in accounting and audit matter, checking on the completeness of invoices etc.
• To support other F&A related matters like monthly routine journals, closing of account, prepare of provision schedules and related reports.
• Involve in audit process, liaise with auditor and resolve audit queries.
• Prepare tax computation and liaise with tax agent for tax related reporting and issues.
• Liaise with company secretary for co-sec related reporting and submission.
• Assist in Ad-Hoc issue including prepare analysis requested by sales and debt collection.

Job Requirements

• Possess ACCA, CAT or Degree in Accountancy
• Relevant Skill and Knowledge in Finance & Account Department with minimum of 1 to 2 Years Working Experiences.
• Have experience working in Audit Firm will be an advantage.
• Independent and able to Work Under Pressure with Tight Deadlines.
• Good Knowledge in Accounting, Taxation, Budgeting and Soft Skill in Accounting Software, Excel Spreadsheet and Pivot Table.
• Pleasant Personality, Proactive and Possess Good Analytical Thinking.
