Job ResponsibilityMandatory:
1. Possess hands-on SQL knowledge, with prior experience in system configuration and testing, building and reviewing business documents.
2. Is well versed in SDLC i.e. delivered end-to-end software projects at least twice.
Candidate will:
1. Understand software development & behaviour in addition to mastering the Juris solutions framework, to accurately estimate task complexities & implementations.
2. Communicate with inter/ intra teams while managing deliverables with timeline constraints.
3. Interact, negotiate & consult with clients to achieve win-win outcomes in project deliveries.
4. Prioritize & mobilize the project team for full and rapid resolution of UAT defects.
5. Act as Resolution & Prioritization manager to report on defects status and analysis, retest resolved bugs and defects.
6. Identify and defend scope creep for smaller solutions within the system.
7. Track production issues, change requests and enhancements and prioritize accordingly.
