Job Responsibilityo Manage and oversee Sales department overall function.
o Develop business growth plans and sales strategies to increase market share, generate additional sales revenues, and improve profitability of the company.
o Forecast sales plan and sales target accordingly and achieved the target set by brand principal and Goh Brothers.
o Mentoring, training, and coaching team members to successfully close business.
o Maintain and foster relationship with existing and new customers to ensure continuous success accounts.
o Perform sales activities for major accounts and at the same time develop and generate new sales accounts or new opportunities to the company.
o Formulate and implement all sales policies, practice, and Standard Operating Procedures as per principal guideline.
o Monitor KPI performance for sales department and conduct periodic review on the progress of Sales personnel.
o Liaison with internal department functions to ensure achievement of sales objectives as necessary.
o Accomplish department and organization mission and objective by completing related result as needed.
o Responsible on payment collection from customers.
o Train and supervise all subordinates under your coverage.
o Conduct appraisal of staffs and periodic evaluation including confirmation of employment.
o Prepare and provide monthly KPI report.
o Ad-hoc task as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or higher in business administration, management or related field.
- Have at least 5 years of working experience in sales and marketing/ automotive field.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa, ability to speak in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Possess driving license and have own transport.
- Equipped with strong leadership skills and passionate in managing a team.
- Self-motivated, self-reliant and target & performance orientated.
- Job location at Audi Juru, Penang.
