Job Description


Job Responsibility
o Establishes marketing goals to ensure market share and profitability of brand products sales and/or aftersales services in accordance with principal C.I.
o Plans and oversees the dealership's advertising and promotional activities including print, electronic (Digital Marketing) and direct mail media.
o Develops and executes monthly and annual marketing budgets.
o Develops and executes marketing plans and programs, both short and long-range, to ensure the profit growth and expansion of dealership brand products sales and/or aftersales services.
o Communicates with outside advertising agencies and related agencies regarding ongoing campaigns.
o Creates and prepares all print advertising, billboards, direct mail pieces, in-store point-of-purchase merchandising aids, interior and exterior signs, off-site displays, news releases and stories on digital marketing platform.
o Works with the brand sales and aftersales manager to develop upcoming ad campaigns.
o Communicates marketing efforts to all dealership employees.
o Acts as liaison with the principal regarding merchandising and product.
o Attends pertinent marketing/sales promotion meetings conducted by the principal and internal group/department/individual brand.
o Achieves satisfactory profit/loss ratio and share of market performance.
o Researches, analyzes and monitors financial, technological, latest knowledge in passenger car industry and demographic factors to capitalize on market opportunities and to minimize the effects of competitive activity.
o Communicates with dealership employees to keep abreast of customer attitudes, demographics, buying habits etc.
o Communicates with customers to determine their needs and interests.
o Evaluates market reactions to advertising programs, media placement, and merchandising policy.
o Seeks out and uses industry sources and consumer information.
o Prepares marketing and other reports and presents them to dealership management.
o Develops surveys and other marketing tools.
o Tracks marketing results to be certain that marketing objectives are achieved within designated budgets. Takes corrective action when necessary.
o Maintains professional appearance.
o Other tasks and ad-hoc as assigned.

Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Marketing or related field.
- At least 5 years experiences in Management role specialized in Marketing, or equivalent.
- High level of exposure in a brand marketing culture with in-depth knowledge of brand management tools and processes.
- Fluent English, both in written and spoken. Knowledge of other languages is an added advantage.
- Ability to handle stress, show resilience and adapt to changing market trends.
- Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Creatively driven to think out of the box.
- Pleasant Personality with positive attitude.
- Good Persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in computer skills.
- Strong Financial Acumen.
