Job Responsibilityo Responsible for tactical day to day operations for eCommerce fulfillment to drive resolution on open deliveries, and reconciling between our systems.
o Manage and perform the order fulfillment process including order entry, check and pack, and shipped to the end customer
o To monitor open orders daily, working with our inventory team, boutique team, customers and shipping carriers to quickly resolve delivery exceptions and have orders delivered on time
o Ensures adequate inventory levels are maintained to maximize customer satisfaction and minimize cost.
o Oversees the order tracking process and ensures orders are processed in accordance with the Company's Standard Operating Procedures.
o Liaise with relevant departments to manage and resolved all issues pertaining to online order fulfillment, inventory & CRM
o Submit Daily, weekly reports to superior / manager
