Job Description


Job Responsibility
  • Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms
  • Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
  • Register guests collecting necessary information
  • Respond to clients' complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean and tidy to accommodate guests' needs

Job Requirements

Front Office Assistant (4 Months Contract)


  • Minimum SPM Qualification
  • Proficient in Bahasa and must be able to communicate in English
  • Must be able to work on shift and night shift
  • Must be able to work on weekend and Public Holiday
