o Ensure that all Environment, Health & Safety policy practice, make recommendation and implement new policies and procedure as required.
o To carry the Company meet its statutory obligations in all areas pertaining to ESH at work including statutory training and reporting.
o Assessment and approval of subcontractor safety plans
o Verification of tools and equipment to ensure good quality
o To ensure that safety are carried out for safety inspection, risk assessment and lone working procedure are managed and employee are aware of their responsibilities.
o Creating and enforcing safety guidelines and programs
o Carrying out drills and exercises on managing emergency situations
o To ensure that all accident are documented, investigated and recommended improvement implemented.
o Verifying that all safety reports are submitted to related government institutions.
o Arranges OSHA-mandated evaluations of the site
o Coordinates all issues regarding hazardous materials or waste
o Assisting with the preparation of a construction health and safety plan
o Attending project planning meetings and collaborating with construction managers
o Establishing and maintaining health and safety communication structures
o Testing effectiveness of site emergency response plans
o Continuous monitoring of all safety related documents, reports and issues to keep them updated.
o To ensure full and accurate Health and Safety training for record maintained.
