Job Description

Job Responsibility
  • Welcome guests by greeting them, answering questions and responding to requests
  • Register guests by obtaining or confirming room requirements, verifying pre registration, assigning room, obtaining information and signatures and issuing access card.
  • Establishes credit by verifying credit cards or obtaining cash
  • Directs guests to room by showing location on hotel map
  • Maintain records by entering room and guest account data
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Job Requirements
  • High school/Diploma or equivalent, fresh graduate is encouraged to apply
  • Advantage if have working experience in a hotel
  • Good IT skills to work with computerized booking and payment systems
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with different types of individuals and personalities
  • Excellent service attitude and be willing to go out of their way to accommodate the guest where possible
  • Able to work with and secure sensitive and/or confidential material and information
  • Self-motivated and able to work with little or no supervision
  • Able to tolerate pressure and work calmly and efficiently during busy times
  • Applicants must be Malaysian citizens
  • Able to work in shift
  • Good conversational & written Bahasa Malaysia ,English, Mandarin
