Job Responsibility- Manage the overall interview, selection, onboarding new hire process and closing process
- Sourcing for potential candidates through job portals/referral/ headhunting.
- Conduct phone screening & interviews to select potential candidates that meet the job requirements.
- Relationship building with the internal hiring manager and working closely with them.
- Responsible for preparation and follow up on hiring documentation i.e. offer letter, personal documentation and etc.
- To carry out any other duties and ad-hoc assignments, as and when required.
- Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
- Manage and run referral bonus programs
- Measure employee retention and turnover rates
- Off-boarding process
- Managing payroll (Regional Area)
