Job ResponsibilityMaintain a good rapport with new and existing franchisees.
Advise & Support of Franchisees an ensure that any issues/concerns are apply and time address.
Follow up in revenue collection/franchisee agreement renewal/franchisee new opening events & exhibition support/compliance of franchisee to company SOP.
Responsible for overall Franchisee related task including franchise agreement, tenancy agreement and authority with government.
Assisting Franchise Operation Manager with tasks given.
Responsible and guidance on training of Owner Training.
Advice on dos and don'ts when Franchisee Outlet reports an issue.
Requirements
Must possess at least diploma/degree in business studies or equivalent
Able to travel outside Kuala Lumpur or Selangor.
Possess outgoing personality and good negotiation skills.
Possess expertise in sales and marketing will be an added advantage.
Good command of English, Bahasa or Chinese (written and oral) is an advantage.
Independent, self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility and solving problem skills.
Possess own transport
