Job Description
Job Responsibility a) Daily checking incoming & receiving emails from CS, Sales, or shipper. b) Support the CS and sales team when importer request documents / feedback urgently. c) Cross check the following documents when CS / Consignee provided: - o Notice of Arrival o Bill of Lading o Shipping Local Charges o Invoice, Packing List o Insurance o Certificate of Origin - Form E / D & etc o Manifest checking on BL must be tally with CIPL before declaring. o Other related government authority permit / COA. d) Daily jobs MUST complete the draft K1 before leave office. This is to prevent lateness on draft K1 confirmation from consignee before vessel discharge to avoid any additional storage involve at the end. e) Cross check the declaration K1 especially on the importation clauses, HS code and importation taxes before forward the final copy to consignee for checking and confirm. f) Compiling and sorting the completed job. g) Daily import report / status: - o Draft declaration K1 / K8 / K9 / ZB o Pending Import original documents by consignee. o Vessel discharge / arrival / berthing. o E-Gatepass generate o Last day storage h) Weekly job report: - o Forwarding volume report o New customer appointed ML as forwarding agent. i) All appropriate documents are to be kept and filling properly to track back for future reference.
