Job ResponsibilityTo plan training program for staff
To identify training needs
To conduct on the job/ classroom training
To inform F&B department and Human resources department of all training sessions
To carry out quarterly - yearly inventory of operating equipment
To plan and organize festive food promotion within the outlet
To carry out any others reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned
To assist in ensuring that all departmental operations manuals are prepared and updated
T ensure that service standard that are in accordance with the operation manual
To initiate staff monthly meeting
To update bulletin board
To update operation manual
To submit guest/staff incident report
To report Loss & Found item
To ensure Cashiering procedure are adhered to
To conduct pre - service staff briefing
To initiate monthly work excellence meeting
To assist in identifying market need for both, resort guest and the local market
To assist in monitoring and analyzing the activities and trend of competitive restaurant
