Job Responsibility- Receiving shipments, and then snipping and displaying our flowers.
- Topping up watering solutions to enhance our flowers' life spans.
- Advising clients on possible flower combinations.
- Providing occasion-specific flower suggestions.
- Carefully arranging palatable bouquets for purchase.
- Packaging clients' flowers to prevent breakages.
- Instructing clients on suitable transporting and feeding processes.
- Coordinating all regional flower deliveries.
Job RequirementsFlorist Requirements:
- Able to work overtime during peak periods (e.g. Valentine's Day, Mother's Day)
- Ability to speak and write Mandarin is a plus
- Able to commute to and work at Sri Petaling area
- Flexible working days and Flexible working hour a week
- Able to commit for at least 6 months
Good to have requirements:
- Demonstrable experience as a florist.
- Knowledgeable about flower handling techniques.
- Ability to nourish, combine, and affix flowers and pertinent accessories.
- Approachable, patient, and forthcoming.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Passion in floral arrangements and floristry
- Desire to build a career in floral industry
- Proactive attitude in completing tasks, finding new ways to resolve issues, and supporting team members across all business functions
Job Benifits- Basic salary of RM2,000 - RM4,000 per month (depending on experience & capability)
