Job ResponsibilityResponsibilities:
*Manage and coordinate promotional events with all related parties.
*Ensure stocks and merchandise displays are proper and sufficient throughout the day.
*Supervise staff and promoters' manpower coverage, discipline and conduct are in accordance to the Company's policies and regulations.
*Manage daily operational activities on selling floor which includes staff and promoters providing the appropriate service standards to customers, shopping environment and customer's facilities.
*Consolidate and provide sales reports to the Management.
Requirements:
*Minimum Diploma / Degree in Retail Management or equivalent.
*At least 3 years of working experience in similar capacity in retail business, Department Store experience preferred.
*Strong leadership skills with positive attitude and good problem solving skills.
*Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and is able to work well with all levels of staff.
*Good Microsoft office and administrative skills with ability to generate reports accurately and timely.
*Good command of language both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
