Job Description


Job Responsibility
  • Verify new riders' enrolment through e-Mail, collate and validate all supporting documents
  • Processing Credit Recharge, Refund issues and Savings Order
  • Scrubbing data in the database and ensure it remains accurate & consistent
  • Extract raw data for analysis and categorise it accordingly
  • Create process map, route optimisation and draft pricing details as assigned by the OPS Manager
  • Strategising how to engage customers/riders and opportunity to pitch in any promotions or activities that needs to be executed by the company
  • Assist the OPS Manager in designing materials or any enhancement initiative for the riders
  • Perform stocks inventory, re-stock as needed and print airway bills
  • Efficiently & effectively, manage any ad hoc inbound calls, e-Mails and/or Live Chats from customers, merchants & riders
  • Expected to offer fast & timely solutions and alternatives within the given time frame and follow up to ensure complete resolution for all types of enquiries and/or complaints and maintain excellent customer service
  • Maintaining company's Service Standard at all times & keep records of customer interactions, process service requests & filing documents
  • Comply with company's communication procedures, policies and guidelines
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time but not limited to opening office, check outgoing items, packing bags & t-shirts, locate missing items as reported from inventory

Looking for Operations Apprentice for Fleet Management who have keen interest in learning our trade, enhance your operational, logistic and service skills in a fast-moving start-up environment and be our Service Ambassador.


  • Nationality: Malaysian
  • Fresh Graduates & School Leavers are encouraged to apply
  • Previous working experience in Customer Service or service related fields (Telemarketing, Billing, Liaison) is an added advantage but not essential
  • Have good analytical skills and a sense of business acumen
  • Possess good telephone etiquette with pleasant / smiley voice
  • Good communications and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge in basic computer programmes (Word, Excel, & Power Point)
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively & Social Media savvy
  • Opportunities to learn and grow with options for full time employment later
  • Must have completed min. SPM, Diploma or Degree from any school of Business, HR, Logistics or in similar capacity.
