Job ResponsibilityWe're looking for a young, dynamic, self-motivated and passionate candidates for the following position:
FLEET EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities:-
Ensure fleet availability to meet all requests by scheduling, forecasting, and monitoring the lorry fleet operation trends
Maintain knowledge and utilize all fleet information to forecast new requirements
Understand, monitor, and ensure fleet operation in compliance with local and state rules and regulations
To ensure vehicles comply with Environment & Safety practices to avoid operational disruption
Develop and propose standard operational procedure to maintain vehicles by advocating industry best practices
Responsible for monitoring vehicle operation data, including driving indicators such as vehicle idling, fuel consumption, and speeding
Facilitate and implement corrective actions and manage the entire fleet to achieve company objectives
To oversee loading progress, supervise the delivery team, assist in operation to ensure the loading process during site inspection runs smoothly
Troubleshooting problem in installation and repairing furniture at site
Checking and ensuring all condition of the product after installation at site
Perform any other job assigned by the Head of Department
Requirement :
Possess Degree/Diploma in Fleet Management/ Operations Logistics or equivalent
Strong communication skills
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Meticulous and strong interpersonal skills
High diligence, punctuality and discipline at the workplace
The ability to perform basic tasks on the computer
Have driving license (D2), familiar with Klang Valley routes
Good knowledge with GPS (Waze and Google Maps)
Willing to work in Kuang, Rawang, Selangor
