Job ResponsibilityJob Descriptions:
o Review and feedback tenants concept design submissions for their units.
o To liaise with Interior design / Architect on tenant's architectural drawing submissions for comments and review.
o Performs hands on fit out coordination works with tenant's fit out team.
o Coordination between internal departments (Marketing, Leasing, Operations, Maintenance, Safety and Security) to ensure all necessary property owner provisions and tenant is requests and issues are resolved.
o Regular site visits to monitor and verify that all works done accordance with approved submission and compliance with mall regulations.
o Performs inspection with tenant and superior upon completion of each project prior to business commencements.
o To execute any other job responsibilities as and when required by the superior or any other persons designated by the Company.
Job Requirements:
o Minimum Bachelor Degree / Postgraduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Architecture, Interior Design or equivalent.
o Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.
o Exposure to current design trends preferable in retail or commercial designs.
o Possess creative aptitude and proficient in design software and tools.
o Competent in written and spoken in English, Bahasa Malaysia. Fluent in mandarin is an added advantage as to dealing with mandarin speaking clients.
o Ability to manage several project & fit out projects simultaneously.
o Pleasant and professional interpersonal skills and demonstrates ability to work in a team.
o Knowledge of fit out standard operation procedures, systems and processes.
o AutoCAD and Microsoft Office literate.
