Job Description
Job Responsibility
MBSB Bank Personal Financing Consultant
Drive sales and formulate action plans to achieve sales target (mortgage/ SPF)
Conduct presentations and provide consultations / proposals to potential clients in meeting their business and operational needs.
Build and foster long term and profitable relationships by providing quality and professional customer service.
Work closely with internal parties in planning new product launches to ensure IT meets planned revenue and volume projections.
Provide referrals for the Bank's other products to relevant parties to ensure an optimal reach of customers and achievement of targets set.
Act as reference point for retail financing solutions and collaborate with other business units in doing sales of bank's products to capitalize on the mutually rewarding business relationship
Act as customers' s point of contact and handle relationship management
Perform Know Your Customer/Customer Due Diligence for financial/non-financial transactions.
Ensure high standard of customer service in line with the quality and standards set by the Company
Job Requirements
Candidates without experience are encouraged to apply, training will be provided.
MUST POSSESS MINIMUM OF 5 CREDITS IN SPM.
Have Sales Background/ Experience OR Minimum Diploma / Degree in any field is an added advantage.
Strong customer orientation with excellent communication and presentation skills.
Able to communicate well in Bahasa Malaysia & English
Have basic computer skills
Must be a team player, energetic, and result oriented.
No adverse CCRIS / CTOS report.
Must have own transport
