Job Responsibility- Working in a team on designing for the brands.
- To assist in organizing layouts on all prints and visuals for fashion apparel products
- To conduct research seasonal fashion trend, style, fabrication, colour theme
- Manage digital marketing which consist of graphic design, managing social media platforms and digital advertising (ads). Able to create, improvise, and expand the reach and effectiveness (conversions) of contents & ads on most of the platforms below:
- E-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada)
- Facebook
- Website
- Instagram
- Design of printed ads (physical banner / posters), digital assets (i.e. FB banners, basic website / WordPress layouts etc.), and other related design work when needed. Must be comfortable creating content (videos, images, posters, banners etc.) for social media.
- To work closely with the sales division for concept development, art direction and execution of all creative deliverables
- To assist in creating design artworks for various products and activities, such as packaging, web ads, advertising, magazines, posters and exhibitions.
- Liaise and work closely with warehouse and suppliers on all matters/ problems related to arrival/ delivery of fabric and finished goods. (Eg. Negotiate price, Order, Delivery terms)
- Sourcing new merchandises in local and overseas.
- Evaluate and select new supplier by visits to manufacturers, review credit term, rebates, contribution and joint promotion.
- Monitor existing running orders closely with factories by tracking the delivery of stock and ensure goods have meet quality standards (QC).
- Perform other duties as assigned by superior.
Job Requirements- Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in Art /Design /Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Photo editing & In Design software etc
- No specific education level required
- Photography and Videography will be added advantage
- Required Language (s): Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking suppliers from China.
- At least 2 to 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Excellent fashion sense and knowledge in fashion design.
- Able to travel outstation or oversea.
