Job ResponsibilityResponsibilities:
o Create and implement financial policies to guarantee operational efficiency.
o Assist in the preparation and planning of budgets and management activities.
o Manage cash controls as well as maintain bookkeeping to ensure financial records are kept up-to-date with the latest transactions and changes
o Ensure maintenance of the general and subsidiary ledgers
o Track investments and maintain relevant cash reserves
o Ensure all expenses are within the assigned project budget
o Oversee the preparation of all financial statements, invoices, proposals, etc as required
o Ensure account receivables and payables activities are performed accurately and timely
o Ensure that financial transactions are properly updated and recorded
o Manage the preparation of balance sheets, income statements, expenses report, etc.
o Ensure data integrity in all financial reporting
o Update financial records with recent transactions and changes
o Perform finance analysis, reporting and management tasks
o Identify and resolve invoicing issues, accounting discrepancies and other financial related issues
o Review financial paperwork and procedures and make appropriate changes.
o Contribute to financial audits
o Monitor all bank deposits and payments
o Perform periodic financial analysis to detect and resolve the problem
o Prepare balance sheets and invoices and record accounts payable and account receivable
o To execute any other tasks, duties, or responsibilities as instructed by the superior and the management from time to time not mentioned here otherwise.
Qualification and Experience:
o Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Finance or Business Administration with a minimum of 1- or 2-year working experience in relevant field
o Proficient in MS Office application (with at least MS Excel and MS Word) and accounting software application
o Proficiency in English
o To have strong analytical skills and knowledge in Accounting and Taxation
o To have a solid understanding of financial and accounting principles
