Job Responsibility- Responsible for timely closing of accounts and preparation of accounts schedules including A/P, A/R, General Ledger
- Maintain day to day cash book, bank reconciliation and cashflow management
- Responsible for the preparation of financial statements, statutory accounts and perform analysis of accounts
- Liaise with external auditors and corporate secretary
- Monitor project progressive claim and payment
- Monitor internal control procedures and conduct cost control
- Prepare and submission of KWSP/SOCSO/Income tax
- Record and maintain Fixed assets register
- Handle full spectrum of HR function including payroll, prepare commission and claims
- Handle office administrative work
- Any other ad hoc assignments
- Assist Director for his monthly issues
Job Requirements- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in accounting
- Sound knowledge of accounting principles and guidelines
- Self motivated, result orientated and have high integrity
- Meticulous, good organizational and follow/monitoring skills
- Good communication skills and team player
- Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft office applications
- Multi-tasking and work independently with self-initiative
