Job Responsibility1) To assist the MD in supervising and managing the accounting activities and to ensure accuracy in accounting classifications as part of the key components to be in line with the Malaysian accounting Standards.
2) handle External audit util completion of signed FS, including:
- preparation of draft financial statement.
- Preparation of consolidation workings.
- Preparation of supporting schedules, i.e. as ECL and lease schedules.
- Costing calculation for inventory for production.
- Improve and implement processes within accounting department.
3) Handle Internal audit queries.
4) Budget, forecast and actual prepation.
5) Management of cashflow operations (Actual cashflow).
6) Preparation of expected cashflow (forecast cashflow).
7) Liquidation/strike-off process.
8) Liaison with external auditor, bankers, company secretary and government authorities in relation to ax, license and other regulatory bodies.
