Job ResponsibilityResponsibilities (Finance Junior Exec)
o Keep accurate records for all daily transactions
o Assist in weekly & monthly payment
o Record accounts payable and accounts receivable
o Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
o Reconcile bank statements
o Participate in financial audits
o Assist with cash flow planning
o Review and update Financial standards (if necessary)
o Prepare reports to local authorities
o Participate in stock take activities
o Undertake any tasks as assigned by superior from time to time
Requirements
o BSc degree in Finance or Accounting
o Proven work experience as a Finance Officer or similar role
o Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures
o Experience using financial software
o Advanced MS Excel skills
o Knowledge of financial regulations
o Excellent analytical and numerical skills
o Sharp time management skills
o Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data
o Numeric sensitivty
o Able to follow deadline for report submission
o Ability to work under pressure
