Job Description:
- To perform day-to-day finance operations like General Ledger, Account Payable and Account Receivables functions
- To prepare monthly billings and monitor collections
- To prepare bank reconciliation and petty cash claims
- To perform month end closing and report to management
- To ensure proper filling of all documents related to Company financial
- To maintain management reports and ensure they are accurately prepared on timely basis and adhere to accounting standards
- To perform any ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities which the superior may assign from time to time
Job RequirementsJob Requirements:
- Candidate must possess Degree in Accounting / Finance or other higher academic qualification in accounting or equivalent.
- Preferably who has working experiences in Hospitality Industry.
- Must be computer literate and familiar with MS Office & Computerized Accounting
- Pleasant personality with good working attitude and independent.
- Preferable candidates that able to start work immediately and willing to work in PJ areas.
- Excellent communications skills, conversant in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Dependable and hardworking
- Fresh graduates are welcome! On the job training will be provided.
