Job ResponsibilityJob Description
1. Handling full set of accounts in compliance with the reporting standards (including
AR/AP/GL/Cash & Bank/BS/P&L)
2. Account Receivables functions:
a)Responsible for billing, issuance of Sales Invoices, Delivery Order
b)Responsible for collections, sending SOA and follow up with customers
c)Liaise with customers directly for any finance related matters
d)Prepare weekly/ fortnightly report on sales and collection.
3. Account Payables functions:
a)Responsible for vendors invoices data entry
b)Responsible for payments - online banking and cheques issuance
c)Responsible to check and post staff claims & petty cash claims
d)Liaise with vendors directly for any finance related matters
4. Prepare weekly cash flow & bank reconciliation
5. Handle banking matters when necessary
6. Ensure accounting transactions are correctly and accurately posted in SQL Accounting
system.
7. Liaise and coordinate with sales teams / logistic team on all matters related to Finance and
accounting processes
8. Administrative works when necessary
9. Liaise with auditors
10. 100% flexible to reorganise their priority based on the situation
11. Any other ad-hoc jobs as assigned
Job Requirements
1. Possess at least a Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
2. Experience in managing/handling full set of accounts
3. At least 3 - 4 years of working experience in the related field
4. Proficient in using Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel
5. Required to use Telegram for communication besides WhatsApp and Email
6. Good command in writing and speaking English and Bahasa Melayu
7. Knowledge in SQL Accounting Software will be an added advantage
8. High calibre, able to perform task independently, mature, resourceful, and committed to work
9. Proactive, willing to take up challenges and able to work under pressure to meet reporting
deadlines
10. Good interpersonal and analytical skills.
