Job ResponsibilityJob Description :
1.To handle Petty cash and record account transaction.
2.To do planning for operation cost and utilize fund/budget in most effective way.
3.Update Account Software (QNE) and manual record.
4.Compile & Submit Finance Report (Petty Cash, Account Receivable & Payable, etc).
5.To record account transaction and keep good filing (daily, weekly & monthly).
6.To follow up & submit invoices for every customer upon completion of work (within deadline).
7.To follow up & submit invoices for every customer upon completion of work (within deadline).
8.To keep active communication with staffs, customers & suppliers for finance related matters (meeting & update)
9.To support the management for financial year report, audited account, etc (including liaise with Co secretary & audit firm)
10.Any other related tasks as required by management within job roles & responsibilities
Requirement:
-Minimum Degree in Finance or accounting with 2 years working experience in related field. Computer literate
-2 years working experience in related field
