Job Responsibility
JOB DESCRIPTION :

Finance Assistant (Receivables & Cost Monitoring) perform organizational and accounting task to provide comprehensive administrative support to Accounts Executive, Finance Manager, and other Finance Staff. Their roles and responsibilities include:

-To receive and verify documents received from other department to ensure documents received comply with finance requirements
-To process the documents received within the agreed stipulated period.
-To prepare salaries & claims for contract staff (seconded to clients under various departments)
-To prepare invoices for all salaries & claims (inclusive of all staff related cost i.e PPE, training, insurance, etc) to ensure all cost incurred to be reimbursed accordingly.
-To monitor cost payables is lower than the revenue collected.
-To work closely with other department representative to manage contract staff records.
-To manage finance administration task including filing, printing, submission of documents, etc.
-To work closely with client's representative with regards to invoices submission issues, collection activities, and other related matters.

REQUIREMENT :

-SPM with Good Result in Mathematics and English, and 3-5 Years of Experience in Finance Department, especially in Receivables, OR
-Diploma in Accounts / Finance / Business with at least 1-year experience in Finance Department (Specialized in Receivables), OR
-Fresh Graduate with Degree in Accounting / Finance / Business Admin.
-Effective communication skills, including active listening, speaking and writing (both English and Bahasa Malaysia)
-Great customer service and interpersonal skills.
-Collaboration and teamwork skills.
-Project management abilities, including multitasking, prioritization and deadline management.
-Strong organizational and time management skills.
-Keen attention to detail.
-Good knowledge in Microsoft Office.
-Knowledge in Accounting & HR software
