Job ResponsibilityResponsibilities:
1. Manage daily accounting operations and documentation for AP, AR & GL function
2. Perform supplier and customer reconciliation based on statement of account
3. Perform journal posting for fixed asset accounting, inter-company transaction, accrual and etc
4. Maintain proper records of fixed assets register
5. Perform monthly profit and loss statement and balance sheet analysis
6. Ensure proper compliance with local accounting and auditing standards
7. Assist in any other ad hoc tasks given
8. Check GL coding for invoices processed in system
9. Reconciliation with creditors statements and follow up with disputes
Requirements:
o Must possess at least a bachelor's degree in accounting or degree equivalent in professional certificates
o Fresh grade is encouraged to apply
o Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
o Good communication and interpersonal skills with ability to interact with people at all levels.
o Fluent in both oral and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia
o Analytical, problem solver and multitasker
o Computer literate and proficiency with Microsoft Excel
o Able to work independently with minimum supervision
