Job ResponsibilityOverall the Trainee will learn from on-job training and assist the FINANCE & LEGAL department in the following areas:
o To match invoices with relevant supporting documents and ensure all invoices are verified and approved.
o To prepare payments.
o To key in invoices into the Accounting System.
o To prepare payments via other payment methods and monitor payment approvals due dates (where applicable).
o And to undertake and carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor from time to time.
