3. Good interpersonal skill, team work, positive attitude and able to work independent.
4. Working knowledge of XERO is added advantage.
5. Willing to work at Shah Alam
Responsibilities:
1. Assist to handle all accounting clerical and administrative functions of Finance & Corporate Administration Department.
2. Handling daily accounting task AR/AP.
3. Responsible for billing and payment transactions.
4. Able to perform accurate data entry and keep proper book of records and filling system confidentiality.
5. Ensure all expenses are entered in accounting system on timely manner.
6. Managing staff claims.
7. Engage in month-end closing.
8. To manage fixed assets.
9. Other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.
