Job ResponsibilityAssist the Account and Finance team to perform:
- Data entry
- Reviewing and reconciling accounts
- Assist in creating payment orders
- Assist in processing payment for internal and external partners
- Checking and verifying invoices
- Filing invoices
- Maintaining updated record of invoices and receipts
- Assist in preparing reports
- Any additional ad-hoc tasks as determined by your line managers

- Possess minimum education level Diploma in any relevant fields.
- Exhibit good problem-solving skills.
- Good computer literacy (Words, Excel, Power Point, Email, etc...)
- Focused and can work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Mandarin and tamil speaking will get the upperhand
- Motivated, energetic and fast learner
- Good eye for detail
- Good attitude and responsible character
