Job Description
Job Responsibility
Manage and lead the Management Accounting for Manufacturing Division to ensure smooth operations.
Review and strengthen policies and critical internal controls of Management Accounting to ensure reliable and compliance with financial closing requirements.
Study on-site condition and Manufacturing Cost Accounting procedures to generate improvement proposals and drive the changes.
Visualize and analyze result of Management Accounting activities for Factory (including physical stock check, manage slow moving stock, scrap and variances) against target.
Closely communicate and work with Manufacturing division to improve financial results including inventory management, minimize manufacturing loss cost and improving returns on investment.
Work closely with other sections to ensure adherence to financial reporting policies, internal controls and other statutory regulations and accounting standards.
Support timely and accurately preparation of financial closing reports, monthly forecast & business plan reporting for above areas in Management Accounting for Factory.
Assist in ad hoc projects assigned by superior from time to time.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
At least minimum 5 years of working experiences in Audit firm related to Manufacturing are encouraged to apply.
Extensive knowledge in MS Office and SAP would have advantage.
Must have self-initiative, meticulous, hands on and able to meet deadlines.
Candidate with right attitude; high level of integrity; mature and team player.
Able to liaise with auditors, tax agents and consultants, in addition to internal stakeholders
