Job Responsibility

• To work as a team.
• To closely monitor and follow-up on customer feedback and to take appropriate actions.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Overseeing the daily performance of communications and computer systems.
• Provide recommendation to minimizing defect levels through process and quality improvement
• Assist in quality defect investigation and recommend counteractive measures
• Setting up equipment for employee use and performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems or appropriate software.
• Installing and performing minor repairs to hardware, software or peripheral equipment, following design or installation specifications.
• Assisting applications programmers, systems developers and other ICT professionals to develop and test ICT products and services.

Job Requirements

• Fresh graduates the most encouraged to apply
• Minimum SPM in Mechanical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent
• Willing to travel
• Good communication & leadership skills
