Job Description
Job Responsibility
Responsibilities for providing onsite maintenance, repair and installation of analytical instruments including selling of consumables.
Perform machine installation setup, training and machine commissioning on instruments.
Provide after-sales service supports to our customers which include maintenance, troubleshooting and repair
Coordinate with customer care to prepare quotations, manage inventory and ensure response time and downtime are meet to enhance customer satisfaction.
Support after-sales market team in selling consumables and contract
Responsible to prepare and submit progress service, maintenance and ISO report.
Ensure all service is complete within the standard procedure of PerkinElmer.
To actively establish network and develop relationships with existing and potential customers
Collaborate with Sales in supporting and meet customers' requirements.
To perform other ad-hoc service duties assigned from time to time-related to the position requirement
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Electric Electronics / Engineering equivalent.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in repair, maintenance and installation of analytical instruments. Experience in Chromatography products will be an added advantage.
Good interpersonal & communication skills in both verbal and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Have own transport and willing to travel domestically and overseas
Independent and able to work with minimum supervision.
Self-motivated, pro-active with an analytical mind to solve technical problem
Ability to drive & execute tasks to meet customer requirement schedules.
Computer literate, knowledge in MS Office - Excel and Word
