Job ResponsibilityResponsibilities:
-Report to Manager, Facility Operations and assist facilities team with day-to-day tasks supervising facility maintenance, operations, and construction projects
-Participates in project meetings
-Schedules project activities with project resources and vendors
-Coordinate site and building access for project activities
-Ensures project objectives are accomplished for project activities, communicates project progress and changes, and alerts Manager of off-tracks tasks
-General project coordination knowledge and skills

-Operational Tasks management
-Rate Carding management
-Manage SAP entries for ordering services and supplies.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors of Science degree
-1-3 years of experience supporting project managers in the delivery of cross-functional installation projects
-2-3 years of field experience working with and managing maintenance trades is required
-Familiar with enterprise workflow systems such as SAP
-Ability to manage and process multiple data streams
-Must be able to read and understand construction drawings
