Job Responsibility

• Manage and complete fiber installation with comply to SOP
• Troubleshoot and perform service restoration for internet service and devices
• Solving customers' problems and complaints
• Identify sales opportunities to upsell company's products and solutions
• Coordinating complex and multi-parties service delivery beyond fibre (Wi-Fi, Smart Home)

Job Requirements

• Diploma/ Degree in IT or relevance experiences (CA1C , CA2C)
• Own transportation (car)
• Possess knowledge in IT / Computer Science / Engineering

Location: Klang Valley/Johor
