JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. To supervise and coordinate farm daily activities raising poultry, maintaining equipment, bio-security, facility on the farm, etc.
2. To submit daily farm performance reports to the Management
3. To handle manpower issues and able to provide training to the workers
4. To liaise with relevant local authorities
REQUIREMENTS:
1. At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the farm operation and familiarity with the field operational management required for this position.
2. Willing to stay at the farm.
3. Possesses knowledge of livestock medication/vaccination, bio-security, rules, and regulations from authorities.
4. Interpersonal Skills (Aggressive, hardworking, enthusiastic, and striving to excel, leadership, critical thinking, and problem-solving)
