Job ResponsibilityJob Description:
o Profile Section :
Profile and mass checking on individual bars is carried out.
o Cut to-length section:
Visually check on the straightness and appearances of the finished bars to ensure that there is no scaling, oval in shape and meet our customer requirements.
o Bundling Section :
Ensure the bars are correctly counted in number of pieces for every size before being bundled and sent to the storage while pending for delivery.
o Billet Section:
To check on incoming billets against delivery order received.
o Loading Section :
Bars are correctly tagged for local/export market.
o Mechanical Testing :
All bars are tested in accordance to Malaysia Standard, MS146 : 2014 and Australian Standard, A54671 :2001 requirements for every heat number and for every size.
o Heat Number of Billets are recorded before charging into furnace.
o Bars are counted for every bundle for every size before delivery.
Requirements :
o Candidate must possess at least a minimum PMR.
o Training will be provided.
o Must be willing to work for overtime and shift hours.
o Working hour : Monday to Saturday.
o Willing to work at Petaling Jaya.
o Physically fit and healthy.
o Full-Time position(s) available.
