Job Responsibility Full Job Description Requirements: -Minimum education: STPM or Diploma -Have experience in related field is a plus -Computer skills -Able to communicate in BM and English -Fresh graduate is eligible to apply
Responsibility: -Answer incoming customer calls -Manage billing issues, product problems, service question and general client concerns. -Filing document and receipt payment. -Escalate any warehouse operation issues to superior. -Order and stock supplies, including maintaining inventory and organizing warehouse. -Process stock return and ensure physical returned quantity is accurate. -Inspects all orders being received and shipped, checking for damage, defective parts, and missing items. -Performs all other related duties as assigned by the superior from time to time. -To assist in filling documentation.
