Job ResponsibilityESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Tracks measurements for Facilities and Health and Safety.
2. Assists Facilities Engineer with day to day projects and special projects.
3. Works on new building projects which require attending construction meetings and site supervision, and provides equipment and office layouts.
4. May be required to travel to remote offices to work on space related projects.
5. Responsible for ordering parts/supplies necessary to complete special projects, remodels, equipment installations, construction, moves etc.
6. Coordinates with Department Managers in setting schedules for projects. Estimates costs and duration of projects.
7. Assists Facilities Engineer with design of electrical and mechanical equipment/controls as needed.
8. May respond to emergencies immediately, which requires wearing a pager.
9. Participates in the planning/building of new facilities.
10. Routine facilities and utilities repairing and maintenance.
11. Other duties as assigned.
