Job Responsibility1.Communication to management of guest satisfaction levels
2.Makes sure all staff are assigned to work area/station
3.Assigns break times as not to interrupt with guest service
4.Make sure (check) on supplies and mise en place
5.Assigns side work tasks. According to stations and skill levels
6.Maintains furniture, picture, and equipment are in good condition through care and handling as well as communication through another department
7.Responsible for all mise-en-place and mise-en-scene
