Job ResponsibilityThe main role as a waiter and bartend
The role inclusive general tasks such hosting, guest liaisons, ordering and serving, cashiering, table setup and planning, outlets preparation, room services and other operation services
Support F&B administration such inventory, outlet cleanliness, safety, procurement, storing and other operation services
Provides other F&B services required by operations from time to time
Handling and greeting customers
Taking orders and ensuring orders go through and are served to the customer
Dealing with kitchen and bar to ensure the items ordered are delivered correctly
Working alongside the team
Serve hot or cold beverages, such as coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, or teas.
Serving food
Ensuring cleanliness of the restaurant always (opening/ closing)
Reporting to duty on time
Following operation hours of the restaurant as set by the Management (shift duty)
