Job Responsibility

• Responsible for overall K Kitchen Operation
  
• Ensure all Delica Items, Side Dishes are prepared and delivered as per schedule
• Develop SOP and Recipe, ensure all staff are well trained and SOP is followed
• Stock Management, Purchase and Order stock to ensure outlet running with sufficient stock smoothly.
• Handling & well organise of cash float & petty cash.
• Menu planning & costing Setup for Events, Food Fair, Demo Cooking etc, ensure events runs smoothly.
• Setup for Delica @ K Market, ensure all equipments & Utensils are in place and staff are well trained to run the operation.
• Involve in new outlet opening (K Plus & Dae Ga), in terms of setting up, coordinating according to schedule and running of operation.
• Dealing and sourcing of supplier and vendors, ensure all arrangements and message are well communicated.
• Respect & polite with all colleagues & customer.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Good communication skills, computer literate, writing skills.
• Preferably Manager specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
• Possess own transport.
• Knowledge in cost management will be an added advantage.
• Able to work independently & immediately.
