Job Responsibility

1) Counter Crew ?????

• Provide counter service (greeting customer / product recommendation), cashiering and other ad hoc duties assigned ????????? (??????,????,???????????)
• Prepare (homemade/cordial) beverages (e.g. traditional kopi and tea) ?????????? (??,?,?)
• Prepare ingredients, cook and serve desserts to customers ????,?????????
• Cut and arrange fruits into display chillers ??????????
• Maintain cleanliness/sufficient supply of condiments and consumables at stall front ?????????????????????

 

2) Kitchen Assistant ????

• Simple food preparation (cutting of ingredients etc.) ??????? (?????????)
• Provide counter service (greeting customer / product recommendation), cashiering and other ad hoc duties assigned in direct operated stall in various locations ????????? (??????,????, ??,??????????)
• Accurately entering sales transactions into system and collection of payment ??????????????
• Maintain clean work station / sufficient supply of consumables at stall front ?????????????????????

 

3) Cook (Western/Teppanyaki/Bak Chor Mee/Chicken Rice/Mala Xiangguo) ?? (????????????????????)

• Involved in the in the preparation, cooking, garnishing and presentation of food ????????,????????
• Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas to ensure conformance to established standards ??????????????
• Monitor sanitation practices to ensure that employees follow standards and regulations ?????????????????????
• Assist Team Leader in stock taking ??????
• Maintain cleanliness/sufficient supply of condiments and consumables at stall front ?????????????????????
• Ensure high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety ?????????????????????
• Monitor portion and waste control to maintain profit margins ????????????
• Any other duties as assigned by Supervisor ???????????
